Revosmart LLC is a digital agency. The services offered and sold online are intangible services: digital marketing, business automation and artificial intelligence, search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Search Console diagnostics, website and WooCommerce store design. Prices and currencies

Prices are displayed in the currency chosen by the customer — EUR (€), USD ($), GBP (£), CAD ($), CHF or AUD ($) — and charged in that currency. Prices exclude taxes; where taxes apply in the customer’s country they are shown before payment is confirmed.

Payment and security

Online payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA, and its affiliates), a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure interfaces and are never stored or processed by Revosmart’s servers. The whole website is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption).

Service delivery

As the services are intangible, nothing is physically shipped. Each order is confirmed by email after payment. Work starts after a kick-off conversation and receipt of the required materials (access, content), usually within 5 business days; delivery timelines are confirmed in writing for each engagement.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal (14 days for EU consumers) and refund conditions are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.

Service areas and restrictions

Our services are offered to customers located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia and, on request, other countries. We do not contract with persons or entities located in countries or territories subject to economic sanctions (OFAC, European Union).
