Terms of Sale

These terms of sale govern any order placed on revosmart-llc.com with Revosmart LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, registration number 2026-002098320, with its principal office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Revosmart”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Services

The plans shown on the Pricing page are service engagements (digital marketing, automation, artificial intelligence, SEO, website and online store design). The detailed scope of each plan is described on the website and confirmed in writing before work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

2. Prices, currencies and taxes

Prices are displayed and charged in the currency you select (EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, CHF or AUD). Prices exclude taxes; where taxes apply in your country (VAT for customers in the European Union, sales tax where applicable) they are shown before you confirm payment. Any bank or currency-conversion fees charged by your bank remain your responsibility.

3. Orders and payment

Payment is made securely online through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or, for quoted services, by bank transfer against an invoice. Revosmart never stores banking details. Orders are confirmed by email once payment has been received.

4. Delivery

Work starts after order confirmation and receipt of the required materials (access, content, information). Timelines are indicative and depend on your responsiveness. Revosmart commits to best efforts; no specific result (rankings, revenue, traffic) is guaranteed.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason by emailing contact@revosmart-llc.com. If you expressly ask us to start before the end of this period, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, or that you owe payment for the part already performed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 14 days.

6. Cancellation and refunds (other customers)

For business customers and customers outside the European Union, an order may be cancelled free of charge as long as work has not started. Once work has started, refunds are prorated for services not yet delivered. Full details are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Deliverables (websites, automations, content) become the customer’s property upon full payment. Revosmart retains ownership of its methods, tools and generic components, and may reference the project in its portfolio unless the customer objects in writing.

8. Liability

Revosmart’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service concerned. Revosmart is not responsible for third-party services (hosting providers, Google, Stripe, AI tools, social networks) or changes to them. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by the mandatory law of a consumer’s country of residence.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Please contact us first so we can look for an amicable solution.
