Contact form: first name, last name, company, email, phone, website, service needed, budget and message. Orders: billing details, order history, country and currency. Payments are processed by Stripe; no banking data is stored on this website. Technical cookies: language, currency, cart.

Answering your requests (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps), fulfilling orders (contract), invoicing and accounting (legal obligation), improving our services (legitimate interest).

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

Your data is hosted by Namecheap (United States) and processed by Stripe for payments. As Revosmart is established in the United States, data of people located in the European Union is transferred outside the EU. These transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework to which our providers adhere.

Retention

Contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange. Billing data: applicable legal retention period. Technical cookies: 30 days to 1 year.

Your rights

EU residents may lodge a complaint with their national supervisory authority. Residents of certain U.S. states (including California) have equivalent rights under local law.
